Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions

30‑Day Shopping Guarantee

To give you peace of mind with every purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange guarantee. You may exercise the following rights within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Scope of Refund and Exchange:
  • Refund: Accepted only for brand-new, unopened, and unused items in their original, complete packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
  • Exchange: Available for items that have been opened or used only if they have defects or damage not caused by the customer (non-human factors).
How to Apply for a Return or Exchange:
  • Within 30 days of purchase, contact the dealer’s customer service or visit the dealer’s physical store in person.

    Bring the following:
    • The original product
    • The original invoice or App member purchase record
    • Order number as proof of purchase
  • If applying through customer service, please also provide clear photos and/or videos of any defect or damage.
  • The product must remain in its complete original packaging with all accessories, gifts, and labels.
  • After verification, customer service will provide the address of the designated store and guide you through the next steps.
Return & Exchange Procedure:
  • Return and exchange must be processed in person at the designated dealer’s store (we do not accept mailed returns).
  • Store staff will inspect the product on-site to confirm it meets the return/exchange conditions.
  • Once approved:
    • Refund will be issued via the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
    • Exchange will be for the identical model only.
    • Refund are limited to the actual amount paid for the product and exclude shipping fees, vouchers, promotional discounts, and any bank or credit card transaction fees.
Important Notes:
  • All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
  • Promotional, discounted, clearance, or special-offer items may have different or restricted return policies (please refer to the specific promotion terms).
  • Refunds are only available for brand-new, unopened, and unused items with complete original packaging and all accessories. Exchanges are only available for manufacturing defects or damage not caused by the customer, and the item must still include complete packaging and all accessories.
  • If, upon inspection, the product does not meet the above conditions or differs from the submitted application, the return or exchange will be rejected.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges by mail.
  • Only the same model may be exchanged; requests to exchange for a different model or product will not be accepted.
  • Our company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right of final decision.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these return and exchange terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Maintenance Terms and Conditions

One-Year Free Maintenance Terms and Conditions

We provide 12 months of free maintenance starting from the date of purchase.

Scope of Free Maintenance:

  • Covers only the main device (7 IN 1 SKIN REJUVENATE DEVICE)

Exclusions (Not Covered Under Free Maintenance)

  • Human Error
  • Improper use or failure to follow the product instructions
  • Negligence, misuse, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts or replacement of accessories (e.g., charging cable, magnetic ring, adapter, etc.)

Maintenance Procedure:

  1. Contact the dealer’s customer service or visit the dealer’s physical store in person and present valid proof of purchase (original invoice or App member purchase record) to verify eligibility.
  2. Bring only the main device for maintenance. Accessories (e.g., packaging box, charging cable, magnetic ring, manual) will not be accepted or stored. You will receive a maintenance receipt as proof of handover.
  3. Once maintenance is complete, the dealer’s customer service or store staff will notify you to collect the device.
    * Please keep the repair receipt properly. You must present the repair receipt to collect the device.
  4. To ensure the item has been properly repaired, upon notification to collect the device, the customer is requested to inspect and sign for the item according to the staff’s instructions.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept mail-in repair services.
  • Repair time: The repair typically takes about 30-45 business days, but the actual time may vary depending on the condition of the item. Once the repair is completed, the customer service representative or store staff will notify the customer to pick up the item from the designated authorized store as soon as possible.
  • Please collect the item within 14 days of receiving the notification. If the item is not collected within this period, our company reserves the right to handle the item at our discretion, and no refund or further notice will be provided.
  • For items purchased more than one year ago, our company does not provide repair or maintenance services.
  • Our company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right of final decision.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these maintenance terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

维修程序:
